Chris Simonato and Anthony Tessaro are The Darkside Acoustic Duo. Based in Guelph Ontario, they have been performing together in various bands for 25 years. Last summer, they decided it was time to venture into the acoustic duo format. Their popularity has caught on quickly and they are now one of the hottest acts in their hometown.

If you come out to one of their shows you may find yourself transported back into the 1980’s. A favourite music era for them, they have very cleverly created catchy acoustic versions of some of the most popular classic tunes from that decade.

The name Darkside Acoustic is a reference to their favourite films growing up, the Star Wars Trilogy, as is evident by their facebook page and the promotional posters for their live performances.
