Bio: CJ Cooper is a young performer from Guelph, Ontario. Playing both acoustic and electric guitar, piano and ukulele, CJ’s sound crosses many genres such as pop, country and rock, giving her a unique edge. CJ’s first album was released in August 2018. She then went on to tour and promote her album across Canada on the VIARail train to Vancouver.
At the age of 22, CJ has already performed at the Rogers Cup, played several shows for Canadian Music Week in Toronto, opening for Bif Naked, sung for award winning pop show choir KW Glee, as well as singing the national anthem for the Hamilton Ti-Cats. She was given a “Covid Community Hero Award” from the Mayor of Guelph for her musical contributions during Covid as well.
CJ released her second album in May of this year and has been touring Ontario. She is singing at the London Music Hall with JJ Wilde this November and working on her third album.
