Bio: Habit is a three-piece rock group from Guelph, ON consisting of Brock Boonstra, Dana Bellamy, and Bryndan Boonstra. Their brand of post-punk deals in abrupt dynamic shifts, alternating between spare, wiry guitar lines and expressionist splatters of noise. Their songs grapple with the drudgerous monotony and everyday violence of adult life, and their live performances are known for an austere sense of dread punctuated by moments of cacophonous catharsis.
