Collective Evolution was created by collaborators and life partners Kory Adcock and Celtae Lynne during the summer of 2020; a project born of their shared desire to write uplifting music, bring people together and celebrate a love of community. The songwriting duo are backed by a full band on their debut album “Medicine Music” and when they play live which only adds to their powerful high energy sound. Kory the lead guitarist, has been a part of the London music scene for over 15 years, playing all over Ontario while creating 11 albums with Vultures Playing Ruckus and the Crystal Kage. Celtae graduated from Western University with a degree in Music and Vocal Performance releasing her first solo album in 2016. Throughout the recording process, Collective Evolution enjoyed working with various musicians to produce the unique sound and energy of their debut album. Collective Evolution’s sound is a mixture drawn from different genres such as rock, reggae, soul and dub. With clear vocals, steady rhythm and mean guitar solos, you can follow the beauty of the melody while still being able to groove along and dance to the music.
