    Woolly Leaves (3pm)
Woolly Leaves is the solo project of Constantines’ member, Will Kidman. Recalling elements of Neil Young and Elliott Smith,
Woolly Leaves is an intimate experience that continues to blooms with every listen. His last record (the excellent “Quiet Waters”) was released in 2006 and his new one, much like this return to Guelph, is heavily anticipated.

    Partner (duo) (4pm)
Out of the mighty Sackville, NB scene, Josée Caron and Lucy Niles formed Partner. Following the release of a couple of excellent music videos, playing a couple of now-legendary sets and signing to You’ve Changed Records, Partner’s waves are only going to get bigger. With a unique breed of music that deals with everything from queer politics to hot knives, and references to 1990s alternative, Partner might just be Canada’s best new thing.
